Our Process
A.C.E.S. – Approach, Construct, Execute, Support

Approach Phase
The Approach phase consists of meetings with your company to further discuss the requirements of the project. These meetings will allow our team to review the overall project initiative and finalize its technical requirements. The Approach phase deliverables consist of the Site Architecture, Home page layout and Interior Page layout. These deliverables are the blueprint from which your site will be constructed.

Construct Phase
Once the Approach Phase is completed, Infinity Technologies enters the Construct phase. At this time, the look and feel of the website, content, and standards for construction and execution have been agreed upon. The architecture created in the Approach phase is used to develop a live website. Infinity Technologies will create web-page templates, shopping carts, and integration with any existing back-end systems.

Execute Phase
The Execute phase is where the final steps are made prior to the site going ‘live'. Integration with back-end systems are completed and tested with live data, and HTML templates are populated with content. Static content will be populated manually by Infinity Technologies web developers using HTML. Once the site is approved it will be made ‘live' by the Infinity Technologies team.

Support Phase
During each step of the process with Infinity Technologies, your company has a single point of contact for support. This team member acts personally to solve your issues within 24 hours if possible.
